One team, one schedule

A remodel runs better when one team owns all of it.

Most big remodels fall apart in the gaps. The designer finishes a drawing, the builder reads it differently, and the schedule belongs to nobody. We built the group to close those gaps. Design, construction and project management sit in the same shop on Irving Blvd and work from the same plan.

That matters most on whole-house jobs, where the kitchen, the baths, the floors and the lighting all depend on each other. One calendar sets the order of work. One point of contact answers your calls. You always know what happens next.

We have worked this way in Dallas since 2018. The result is a modern, open, well-organized house that works the way you live in it now.

How a job runs

Under one roof

  1. 01

    Design

Layouts, materials and drawings by people who sit next to the crew that builds them.

  2. 02

    Construction

Our own project leads run every trade, from the first wall opened to the last coat of paint.

  3. 03

    Project management

One calendar, one written scope and one person who picks up when you call.

What we build most

Three jobs. One group.

Whole houses first, then the two rooms that decide how a house feels. Each one gets a plan, a schedule and a project manager.

01 Open living, dining and kitchen area in a fully remodeled Dallas house with continuous flooring

Whole-Home Remodeling

Our core job. We plan the entire house at once. Walls opened, kitchen and living areas joined, baths rebuilt, floors and lighting carried from room to room. One schedule sequences every trade so nothing waits on anything else. It suits Lakewood and Kessler Park bungalows that need a modern plan, and Irving and Las Colinas homes from the 1970s and 80s ready for a fresh layout.

02 Modern kitchen with a long island, full-height cabinets and a stone range wall, seen from the dining area

Kitchen Remodeling

Kitchens rebuilt around an open plan. Long islands, full-height cabinets, stone counters, a real range wall and lighting that works at every hour. In the older houses of University Park and Oak Lawn, we often open a closed-in kitchen to the dining room. In townhomes, we make a narrow footprint feel generous.

03 Primary bathroom with a freestanding tub, walk-in glass shower and double vanity, wide view

Bathroom Remodeling

Primary suites and hall baths taken back to the framing and rebuilt. Walk-in glass showers, soaking tubs where space allows, double vanities, warm floors and good ventilation. Older Dallas houses often have one small bath for the whole family. We can enlarge it, add a second, or turn a spare closet into a proper primary bath.

The rest of the house

Everything else we build.

The group plans the whole property, inside and out. If it changes how the house works, it is on this list.

  • New primary suite addition with tall windows opening to the back yard

    04

    Room Additions & Second Stories

More space built to match the house. A primary suite off the back, a larger family room or a full second floor.

  • Converted garage apartment with a small kitchen and living area

    05

    ADUs & Garage Conversions

A guest suite, in-law apartment or converted garage with its own kitchen and bath, planned alongside the main house.

  • Covered patio with an outdoor kitchen, bar seating and ceiling fans, lawn beyond

    06

    Outdoor Kitchens & Living

Covered patios with a cooking line, bar seating, fans and lighting, designed to extend the living room outside.

  • Back yard with a stone patio, pool deck and planting, house in frame

    07

    Patios, Hardscape & Pools

Stone and concrete patios, walls, walkways and pool decks that tie the yard to the remodeled house.

  • 08

    Windows & Doors

Whole-house window replacement, wider openings and large sliding or folding doors that bring the yard into the room.

  • 09

    Exterior Makeovers

New siding, brick, stone, paint and a clean modern entry that bring a dated front elevation up to date.

  • 10

    Custom Homes

Ground-up homes on your lot, planned and built by the same group that runs our remodels.

How a job runs

Three phases, one plan.

Every project follows the same path, from the first call to the final walk-through.

  1. 01

    Walk and scope

Call us. We visit the house, listen to what is not working and measure the rooms. You get a plain read on what is realistic, how the work should be phased and what the big decisions are.

  2. 02

    Design and plan

Layouts, materials and a written scope come together in one package, along with a master schedule. Design and construction review it side by side, so what you approve is what gets built.

  3. 03

    Build and hand off

One project manager runs the trades in order, keeps the schedule current and keeps you informed. When the work is done, we walk the whole house with you and finish every item on the list.

Why the group

What one team changes.

One point of contact

You do not chase a designer, a builder and a scheduler. One project manager knows the plan, the calendar and the budget, and picks up when you call.

Sequenced, not scattered

Plumbing, electrical, framing, tile and finishes happen in the order the house needs. That keeps crews from stepping on each other and your house from sitting half-done.

Built for Dallas houses

Kessler Park bungalows, Lakewood Tudors, University Park two-stories and Las Colinas ranches each hide different surprises. We plan for what sits behind the walls before we start.

Questions

Straight answers before you call.

The questions we hear on most first visits. Anything else, the shop line answers seven days a week.

How long does a whole-home remodel take?

It depends on the size of the house and how much we open up. Plan on several months for a full-house job, and less for a single kitchen or bath. You get a dated master schedule before work starts, and the project manager keeps it current as the job moves.

Do we have to move out?

For a kitchen or a bath, usually not. We close off the work area and keep a clear path through the house. For a whole-home job, many families move out for the loud middle stretch. We talk it through at the start so you can plan.

Who do I call when I have a question?

One person, your project manager. They hold the plan, the schedule and the budget, so you get an answer instead of a handoff. Calls go through the shop line, and the number is at the top of this page.

Can you work on an older Dallas house?

Yes, and a lot of our work is exactly that. Houses from the 1920s through the 1940s in Kessler Park, Lakewood and University Park often have old plumbing, uneven floors and small rooms. We plan around those from the first visit.

Do you handle design as well as construction?

Yes. Layouts, material selections and the build plan come from the same group. That means the drawings account for how the house is actually built, and the crew has no surprises when work begins.

How do estimates work?

Call or send the form. We visit the house, measure and talk through the scope. You then receive a written plan with pricing laid out line by line. The first visit costs nothing, and there is no pressure to sign.
